Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Signaal mobile application and any associated services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Evernomic Ltd., a company registered in the Republic of Cyprus under company number HE464793 ("Evernomic", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using Signaal, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Overview of the Service

Signaal is a housing discovery platform that aggregates publicly available listings from third-party housing websites across the Netherlands. Users can:

Search and compare housing listings
Create trackers to receive updates based on their preferences
Save listings to a wishlist
Access additional listings through a paid subscription

We do not create, own, or manage the listings. All listings are provided by third-party sources. Users are redirected to the original source for any further action (e.g., to contact landlords or estate agents).

2. Third-Party Listings and Sources

The listings displayed on Signaal are sourced from public data made available on external platforms, such as (but not limited to) Funda, Pararius, Kamernet, and similar sites. We do not alter the core content of these listings and link directly to the original sources where available.

We may, in some cases, enrich listing data by adding factual attributes (e.g., location tags or metadata), but we do not modify the original descriptions.

We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, legality, or availability of any third-party listings shown in the app.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service (e.g., wishlist, trackers), you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Signaal offers a paid subscription that grants access to unlimited listings and premium functionality.

All payments are processed via RevenueCat or the relevant app store (Apple/Google).
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
No refunds or cooling-off periods are provided once a subscription is purchased.
You may cancel at any time via the app store settings.

5. User Contributions

Users may submit suggestions, feedback, or report new listings or issues. However, such submissions are not displayed publicly within the app. You agree that any submissions you make become the property of Evernomic and may be used to improve the platform.

6. Use Restrictions

You agree not to:

Misuse or attempt to reverse-engineer any part of the Service
Reuse, scrape, or redistribute Signaal’s aggregated data
Interfere with the operation of the app or its servers

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at our sole discretion if you violate these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Signaal app, design, codebase, branding, and original content belong to Evernomic Ltd. Third-party listings and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Disclaimers and Liability

Signaal is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

We do not guarantee:

The accuracy or completeness of any listing
That listings are still available
That links to external platforms will function at all times

Evernomic is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by your use of the app or reliance on listing content. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands and the European Union. Any disputes arising from the use of the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands.
